Academic and Orton-Gillingham (Barton Method) Dyslexia Tutoring
Sometimes, there is more that can be done than just waiting for a student to catch up academically. Dyslexia is often the hidden and undiagnosed brain pattern that leads many students to struggle with reading and decoding language. Students with dyslexia need one-on-one dyslexia tutoring to help them with very specific language decoding. Our Orton-Gillingham method offers training for dealing with reading impairment, and much more.
In order to make steady progress, students must meet with their tutor a minimum of 2 days per week for one-hour sessions. Tutoring is not included in the price of tuition. Although it may seem costly, the life-changing benefits of training the brain provides a solid foundation for the rest of their lives.
