Meets two days, Mondays and Wednesdays

Morning classes incorporate Bible, writing (using copy work, and creative writing assignments), phonics lessons, reading, formal math, literature for K grade students, and history. Handwriting assignments are completed at home.

The afternoon is given to science activities and teacher-directed centers. Homework assignments are given for Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, creating a 5-day work week.

Class times are 8:30am-2:30pm

The afternoon is given to Science instruction and labs as well as History discussions and hands-on activities.

All instruction is taught at the appropriate level. 

5th and 6th Grade

Activities

3rd through 6th Grade General Music

This activity meets Mondays only

Class time is 2:40-3:25pm

This activity is for 3rd-6th-grade students interested in participating in our music productions as well as other types of music outreach and opportunities throughout the community. Mediums of drumming, bells, and much more are included in this class to teach the art of rhythm and musicianship to students at all levels. 

Private music lessons are strongly recommended but not required for students who wish to participate in this activity.
